Abstract: Objective  We explore the methods for Radon exhalation monitoring of building and decoration material for the people in making use of it securely。Methods  In order to find the surface radon exhalation of some building material We made use of the electrostatic collection equipments and the electret collection equipments which developed by ourselves in the different circumstance and spot condition， and monitored all of the building and decoration material for 24 oflices、a performing room and an operating computer hall。 Results  we can receive a well-pleasing result by making use of the two monitoring equipments and the method of unitive monitoring。Conclusions  It can be used in measuring at locale，it may serve to us in finding the radiation level of building material，and help us in radation proctection。
